We process personal data only on the basis of predefined, lawful purposes and using the appropriate legal basis. You can read about the purposes and legal bases we use for individual groups of individuals in the following sections.
We store personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing for which the personal data was collected. When we process personal data based on your consent, we process it until your withdrawal. We specify the retention periods for processing for individual purposes in the following sections.

IF YOU VISIT OUR ONLINE STORE
If you visit our online store, we store and subsequently read small files on your device, such as cookies. IF YOU ARE A SUPPLIER OR BUSINESS PARTNER
We process your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations and store it for 5 years from the completion of the contract or the end of the business relationship. In case of a dispute, personal data is stored until a final decision is issued by the competent authority.
IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE WITH US
If you make a purchase with us as an individual, we process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order. This includes identification and contact data and data about your orders.
The use of data for the purpose of processing your order means that we use the data for:

- The ability to communicate with you
- The needs of goods delivery – in connection with this, we may pass on your data to our transport partners

We measure your satisfaction with our services based on an NPS survey, which we send you via email. We send the questionnaire to random users who made a purchase with us in the previous month. The survey results are for our internal use only.
PROCESSING BASED ON LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
We also have to fulfill certain obligations prescribed by laws. If we process your personal data for this reason, your consent for this type of data processing is not required. On this legal basis, we process your identification and contact data, data about orders, and this is done to comply with applicable laws, which at the time of drafting this memorandum are particularly the following:
